Recipe: Spring Fizz with THORALM Dry Gin

Ingredients for 1 glass:

  • 5 cl THORALM Dry Gin

  • 2 cl fresh lemon juice

  • 2 cl elderflower syrup

  • 1 egg white (or 2 cl aquafaba for a vegan version)

  • Fresh mint leaves

  • Soda water to refill

  • ice cubes

  • Garnish: edible flower, mint sprig or lemon zest

Preparation (approx. 5 minutes):

  1. Put gin, lemon juice, elderflower syrup, egg white and a few mint leaves into a shaker.

  2. Dry Shake without ice for about 15 seconds – for a nice head of foam.

  3. Then add ice cubes and shake vigorously for another 15 seconds.

  4. Strain into a chilled glass (highball or coupette).

  5. With soda water Pour on – depending on the desired spritziness.

  6. With Flower, mint or zest decorate – the Easter dream in the glass is ready.
