Recipe: Spring Fizz with THORALM Dry Gin
Ingredients for 1 glass:
5 cl THORALM Dry Gin
2 cl fresh lemon juice
2 cl elderflower syrup
1 egg white (or 2 cl aquafaba for a vegan version)
Fresh mint leaves
Soda water to refill
ice cubes
Garnish: edible flower, mint sprig or lemon zest
Preparation (approx. 5 minutes):
Put gin, lemon juice, elderflower syrup, egg white and a few mint leaves into a shaker.
Dry Shake without ice for about 15 seconds – for a nice head of foam.
Then add ice cubes and shake vigorously for another 15 seconds.
Strain into a chilled glass (highball or coupette).
With soda water Pour on – depending on the desired spritziness.
With Flower, mint or zest decorate – the Easter dream in the glass is ready.
